Waxahachie Gymnastics Center

Same gym, same kids, same classes. The redesign keeps everything that makes WGC great, gives it an athletic, upbeat look in the logo’s green, black and white, and hands you the keys so changes are as easy as asking.

The brand

Their brand, sharpened.

The new star logo runs the show: three colors and bold, fast type like a team jersey, with real WGC kids in every photo.

  • Logo green#026A47
  • Bright green#45BD8E
  • Black#0B0B0B
  • White#FFFFFF

What changed

7 changes. Each one has a reason.

A first screen with a point of view

Before
Current site first screen: logo, contact details, a striped green background and four differently colored buttons
After
New first screen: black background, the headline Small steps. Big air. and a framed photo of a coach spotting a young gymnast

What changed

Four competing buttons on a striped background became one headline, one real photo of a coach and a gymnast, and one next step: Find their class.

Why

Parents decide in seconds. A real moment from the gym, in the brand colors, says what WGC is before anyone reads a word.

Parent login and answers, one tap away

Before
Current header: contact details, logo and seven menu pills. Parent Login is not in the menu.
After
New header: five links, phone number, Parent login and a green Enroll button

What changed

Seven menu items and a hidden “More” became five plain links, the phone number, a Parent login link and one Enroll button. Parent login used to be a tile further down the page. It now sits in the header on every page, and again on the home page’s first screen.

Why

Current parents’ biggest complaints about the old site are finding the Parent login and finding basic information. Every page now has the login and the phone number in the same place, so they’re never more than one tap away.

Find your program in one glance

Before
Four photo tiles labeled Parent Login, Camps-Clinics-Events, Enroll in Class and Book a Party
After
Six program tiles: Preschool, Tumble Tots, Tumbling, Cheer, Gymnastics and Teams

What changed

Class types used to sit under a “Classes & Pricing” menu. Each program is now a large photo tile on the home page.

Why

A parent thinking “preschool” or “cheer” should see it right away, not click around to find it.

Events you can read and tap

Before
Three event flyers shown as large images
After
Three event rows with flyer thumbnail, title, date, price and a register button

What changed

The flyers stay as thumbnails. Each event now has a title, date, price and its own button, and the next event is announced in a thin bar on every page.

Why

Flyers are images, so dates can’t be searched, copied or read aloud. Text next to them can, and sign-up is one tap.

Show why parents can trust you

Before
Three small boxes of text about SafeSport, private lessons and weather policy
After
What parents say: three real Google review quotes, 4.0 on GoogleStrong kids, brighter tomorrows: three promises beside a photo of the gym floor

What changed

The SafeSport note was small text at the bottom of the page. It now sits in a “Strong kids. Brighter tomorrows.” section with three promises, followed by real Google review quotes from parents.

Why

Safety and good coaching decide where a parent signs up. Show them early, in big type, in parents’ own words.

Give birthday parties their own moment

New
Wide band with the headline Make some moves and a Birthday parties that flip section with a Book a party button

What changed

One of four small tiles became a full-width band in the brand colors with a clear button.

Why

Parties are a second income line. They deserve more than a corner tile.

Built for the phone in your hand

Before
Current site on a phone
After
New site on a phone with a header Enroll button and the headline Small steps. Big air.

What changed

The new site is designed phone-first, with Enroll always at the top.

Why

Most parents will look this up on their phone, often in the car after school.

Handed over with Foreman™

Now they just text it.

The site is theirs: domain, code and content. When something changes at the business, they text Foreman™ and approve the preview.
